REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Refund & Replacement Eligibility & Reimbursement
Requests for refund or replacement are accepted up to 7 days from date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
A refund is provided as a credit toward a future purchase only.
Refund & Replacement Processing
To begin the process, please email Bling by Danielle Baker at firstname.lastname@example.org with "Refund Request" or "Replacement Request" in the subject line, explaining the reason for the request, and include a photo of the item and invoice number from Bling by Danielle Baker. If there was damage or defect to the item when you received it, photograph the affected area. We will reply with instructions for returning the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item, as well as whether your refund is approved or rejected.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not reimburse for trackable shipping or shipping insurance.
If your refund is approved, the email will include a code to use toward a future purchase from Bling by Danielle Baker. The refund amount will include the full cost of the item plus processing, as well as your cost to ship* the original item to Bling by Danielle Baker only if the item was returned due to defect or damage before you received it. If, when applying your credit to a future order, your new item is shipped alone, we will incur the cost of shipping. If the new item is combined with other items, you will pay the standard shipping rate for your order.
If an approved refund was requested for any other reason, you will be responsible for shipping when applying your credit to a future order.
If your refund is rejected, you will be responsible for shipping costs for Bling by Danielle Baker to mail the item back to you. Reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to:
• damage from wear-and-tear due to usage
• damage from discoloration or stains caused by liquids
• damage from cleaning products
• damage from odor, including tobacco
